丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛随机平行对照研究

Salvia Injection combined with Western Medicine TMP Unstable Angina Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将520例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组260例拜阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d;硫酸氢氯吡格雷,75mg/次,1次/d;倍他乐克,12.5mg/次,2次/d;单硝酸异山梨酯,40mg/次,1次/d;阿托伐他汀钙,20mg/次,每晚1次,睡前口服;盐酸曲美他嗪,30mg/次,3次/d;左卡尼汀2.0g+氯化钠250mL,静点。治疗组260例丹参川芎嗪注射液10mL+氯化钠250mL,静点;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]症状疗效、心电图疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the TMP Salvia injection combined with western medicine Unstable Angina.[Method] Random parallel control method, the 520 eases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No. balloting simple random divided into two groups, 260 eases in the control group given conventional treatment medieine,Aspirin,100mg/times, 1 times/d; elopidogrel hydrogen sulfate,75mg/times,1 times/d;metoprolol, 12.5ms/ times,2 times/d;isosorbide dinitrate,40mg/times,1 times/d; atorvastatin ealeium,20mg/times,1 night, orally at bedtime;trimetazidine hydroehloride,30mg/time,3 times/d;L-earnitine 2.0g＋NaG1 250mL, intravenous.Salvia treatment group,260 eases of TMP sodium chloride injection 10mL＋250mL,intravenous;western medicine with the control group. 14d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms, EGG, adverse reactions.One course of treatment, to determine effieacy.[Result] Clinical symptoms,EGG treatment group than the control group （P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Salvia Injection Combined with western medicine TMP Unstable Angina results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
