抗疲劳剂PL-600在工程机械轮胎胎面基部胶和缓冲层胶中的应用

Application of Anti-fatigue Agent PL-600 in the Tread Base Compound and Breaker Ply Compound of OTR Tire

研究抗疲劳剂PL-600在工程机械轮胎胎面基部胶和缓冲层胶中的应用。结果表明:添加3份抗疲劳剂PL-600,胎面基部胶和缓冲层胶的拉伸性能、抗撕裂性能、弹性和耐热老化性能提高,生热较大幅度降低,缓冲层胶H抽出力显著增大;成品轮胎的粘合性能提高,使用寿命明显延长。

In this work,the anti-fatigue agent PL-600 was studied in the tread base compound and breaker ply compound of OTR tire. The experimental testing results showed that with 3 phr of anti-fatigue agent PL-600,the tensile properties,tear resistance and heat aging resistance of the compounds were improved,dynamic heat build-up was reduced,and the pull out force（H test）of breaker ply compound was increased significantly. Adhesion property of the finished tire was improved,and service life was greatly improved.
