国产粘合剂MR903LFP在子午线轮胎钢丝帘布胶中的应用试验

摘要 将国产蜜胺类粘合剂MR903LFP与改性间苯二酚-甲醛树脂和白炭黑组成间-甲-白粘合体系用于子午线轮胎钢丝帘布胶中。结果表明:与采用国外同类产品相比,采用粘合剂MR903LFP的混炼胶门尼粘度较低,门尼焦烧时间较长,正硫化时间较短,加工性能较好;硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度较高;热氧老化和盐水浸泡后硫化胶的H抽出力变化率较小。粘合剂MR903LFP的综合性能优于国外同类产品。 In order to improve the adhesion of steel cord compound of radial tire,an adhesive system composing of domestic melamine adhesive MR903LFP,resorcinol-formaldehyde resin and silica,was studied in the compound. The experimental testing results showed that the Mooney viscosity of the compound was low,Mooney scorch time and cure time were long,showing good processing properties of the compound.The tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanizates were high while other physical properties were comparable with the compound with other imported adhesives. After heat aging and salt water immersion test,the pull out force(H test)of steel cord changed little. Overall,the performance of domestic MR903LFP was better than similar imported adhesive products.
