雀非笼圄乐 所向天地宽——读张蒲生老师的花鸟画

张蒲生老师擅长写意花鸟,画作题材宽泛,内容丰富。梅、兰、竹、菊、葵、荷、藤常见于其笔下,月季、牡丹、松柏、杨柳、雄鹰、草虫靡不涉猎,且尤其擅长麻雀。常以自然为师,彩墨点染之间表现天地万物之生气,笔墨宣泄之时展现自然生命之真意。此次天津美术学院所推出的"张蒲生国画展"汇集了张蒲生老师的得意之作,其中包括《黄菊》《凌霄》《百雀图》等代表作品,行于展览之中方可感受到张蒲生老师熔铸诸家却精于一身的绘画语言,感受到他那份取韵自然而驰骋笔墨的快意。

Mr. Zhang Pusheng is expert in flower-and- bird painting of freehand brushwork. His painting covers a wide range of subjects, and is rich in content, containing plum blossoms, orchids, bamboos, chrysanthemums, sunflowers, lotuses, vines, Chinese roses, peonies, pines, cypresses, poplars, willows, eagles, grass and insects. He is especially good at painting sparrows. He always learns from nature, and portrays the vitality of natural life in ink and color. Zhang Pusheng Traditional Chinese Painting Exhibition held by Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts not long ago featured many of Zhang＇s favorite works, such as Yellow Chrysanthemums, Chinese Trumpet Creepers, and A Hundred Sparrows. The viewers might be impressed by the artist＇s unique language of painting and exceptional skills.
