吕云所先生是天津美术学院资深教授,是当代中国画山水创作的重要代表人物之一。本刊希望,有关于我院前辈艺术家的这一系列展览活动和学术研究活动,不但是对前辈们贡献和成就的一种归结,更应该成为本单位、本地区艺术文脉进一步发展的一个良好的基础。

As a senior professor at Tianjin Academyof Fine Arts, Mr. Lü Yunsuo is one of the key representative figures in the area of creation of contemporary Chinese landscape paintings. We hope that the series of exhibitions and academic research events about the old artists of TAFA are not only a summary of the predecessors' contributions and achievements, but also a fine basis for the further development of culture in this academic institution and this region.
