当代语境下的造型艺术基础教学

Fundamental Teaching of Plastic Art in Contemporary Context

中国当代的艺术教育正处于一个多元并存的美术格局中,作为承载中国美术主体教育的美院教学体制也承受着巨大的冲击,这个冲击可以归纳为"观念"和"技术"的冲突。在此条件下的基础美术教学将如何?笔者认为教学是为创作服务的,既然大的艺术创作的趋势是更侧重艺术观念的传达而非技术,美术学院的基础造型课程就应当以"塑造基础"教学为主,树立"造型基础"的"大基础观念"。

The current art education in China is facing a diversified pattern of art. Academies of Fine Arts, as main institutions of art education in China, are also under powerful impact in terms of their teaching system, which could be summarized as the clash between ＂concepts＂ and ＂techniques＂. So what should be done about fundamental art education under such circumstances？ The author is of the view that teaching should serve creation; as the general trend of artistic creation is to focus on the expression of artistic concepts rather than on techniques, the academy＇s fundamental modeling course should mainly focus on ＂fundamentals of shaping＂, establishing a ＂general concept of fundamentals＂ of ＂fundamentals of modeling＂.
