根据市场和城市的发展需求,小户型是未来年轻人的居住新趋势。本文通过对客户需求及行为模式的调研,把功能需求按照重要性、使用频率等指标复合在极小公寓里,并保证空间的独立性和稳定性,以满足年轻人的需求。
Small apartment size, corresponding to the market changes and urban developments, will be the new trend in the future of young people. Based on customer survey on needs and behavior patterns, the new design combines all functions into a Minimal sized apartment, according to the indicators of importance, frequency and others, in order to provide the independence and stability of living space and meet the needs of young people.
