按摩联合中频治疗非特异性下背痛疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Massage Combined with Intermediate Frequency Treatment for Nonspecific Low Back Pain

目的：分析单独按摩、中频和二者联合治疗非特异性下背痛的疗效，寻找治疗该病的有效方法。方法：将327例患者随机分为按摩组、中频组和联合组各109例，分别给予单独按摩、中频和二者联合治疗，并于治疗前、治疗1周和治疗2周时使用VAS量表和ODI量表对康复效果进行评价。结果：三组之间，联合组无论是VAS评分还是ODI评分，均在治疗2周后显著低于按摩组和中频组（P〈0.05）；VAS量表中，联合组在治疗1周后，其评分显著低于其余两组（P〈0.05），2周治疗后评分进一步降低（P〈0.05）；各组内在经过2周治疗后，各项评分相较于治疗前均显著下降（P〈0.05）。结论：按摩联合中频治疗非特异性下背痛的疗效显著优于单独按摩或中频，并具有起效快的作用特点，是治疗非特异性下背痛的首选方法之一。

Objective：To analyze the efficacy of single massage, intermediate frequency treatment and their combination in the treatment of nonspe-cific low back pain, in order to find out an effective way to cure this disease. Methods：327 cases of patients were randomly divided into massage group （109 cases）, intermediate frequency group （109 cases） and combination group （109 cases）, seperately treated by single massage, intermediate frequency and their combination, and used VAS and ODI scales to evaluate the rehabilitation effect at the time of before treatment, 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment. Results：Among three groups, the VAS and ODI scores of combination group were both significantly lower than those of mas-sage group and intermediate frequency group at the time of 2 weeks after treatment （P〈0.05）;the VAS score of combination group were significantly lower than those of the rest two groups at the time of 1 week after treatment （P〈0.05）, which were continuous decreased at 2 weeks after treatment （P〈0.05）; 2 weeks after treatment, each score of each group was significantly lower than that of before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Massage combined with intermediate frequency treatment, which has a characteristic of quick effect, has a good curative effect on nonspecific low back pain and is better than that of single massage of intermediate frequency treatment, and it＇s one of the first choices in treatment of nonspecific low back pain.
