摘要
目的掌握温州七里港口岸在综合防治后医学媒介生物的种群分布和活动规律,为医学媒介生物防控提供依据。方法 2014年,采用鼠夹法调查鼠类,采用CO2诱蚊器调查蚊类,采用诱蝇笼法调查蝇类。结果在温州口岸共捕获医学媒介生物4 548只,经分类鉴定鼠类2科2属2种,蚊类2科3属5种,蝇类4科12属15种。因开展口岸综合防治,各类医学媒介生物种群数量降低。结论为开展口岸医学媒介防治提供了基础数据。
Objective To get the composition and activity routines of medical vectors at Qiligang port after the integrated control,and provide basis for medical vectors prevention. Methods The trap method,CO2 lure or lure-box were used for rodents,mosquitoes and flies,respectively. Results The rodents were identified as 2 species 2 genera and 2 families. Mosquitoes were identified as 5 species 3 genera and 2 families. Flies were identified as 15 species12 genera and 4 families. It was found the number of the medical vectors decreased because of the integrated control. The seasonal fluctuation of density had an obvious regularity. Conclusion The investigation provided basis for medical vectors prevention.
