基于短信提醒系统的PICC信息管理模式的实践

Practice of the Information Management Mode of PICC Based on the Short-message Reminding System

目的探讨基于短信提醒系统的经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)信息管理模式在临床实践中的应用效果。方法将396例PICC置管化疗的肿瘤患者,根据入院时间顺序,对其PICC置管期间的信息资料采用手工记录的202例患者列为对照组,基于短信提醒系统的PICC信息管理软件进行管理的194例列为观察组,分析2组患者的资料完整性、按时维护执行率、并发症发生率和PICC留置时间。结果观察组患者在资料完整性、按时维护执行率、并发症发生率和PICC留置时间等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于短信提醒系统的PICC信息管理模式有效优化肿瘤患者PICC管理,提升了管理的标准化和规范化,保证了置管安全。

Objective To investigate the application effect of the information management mode of peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）based on the short-message reminding system in the clinical practice.Methods According to the sequence of hospitalization,396 cancer patients were divided into control group（n=202） and observation group（n=194）.The two groups were managed by the traditional manual method and PICC information management software respectively.The integrality of data,the execution rate of on time-maintenance,the incidence of complication and the retaining time of PICC were compared.Results The integrality of data,the execution rate of time-maintenance,the incidence of complication and the retaining time of PICC in the observation group were superior to those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The information management mode of PICC based on the short-message reminding system can raise the standardization and normalization of PICC management in cancer patients,and ensure the safety and effect of PICC indwelling.
