摘要
设计了3种再生方案对老化SBS改性沥青进行再生。采用软化点试验和测力延度试验,分析不同再生方案下,老化SBS改性沥青的再生效果和性能改善程度;采用荧光显微分析技术,探究不同方案再生SBS改性沥青的微观相态结构。结果表明,添加再生剂或再生剂+岩沥青进行再生,可改善老化SBS改性沥青的黏稠度和延展性,但SBS在沥青相中仍处于絮状分布状态,沥青的韧性无法恢复;添加再生剂+SBS改性沥青或RST高黏度改性沥青进行再生,不仅能改善老化SBS改性沥青的黏稠度和延展性,还使沥青中的SBS数量得到补充,使得老化SBS改性沥青的韧性显著提高。其中,RST沥青调合改性再生沥青的韧性可达到甚至超过原样SBS改性沥青。
Three methods were designed to regenerate the aged SBS modified asphalt The regeneration effects of these three recycling methods were analyzed through softening point test and force ductility test Then,fluorescence microscopic analysis technology was carried out to explore the micro morphology of recycled SBS modified asphalt The results showed that when only adding regenerant or adding regenerant and rock asphalt,the viscosity and ductility of asphalt were improved.But SBS was still flocculent in asphalt,and the toughness of asphalt could not be restored.However,when adding regenerant and SBS modified asphalt or RST modified asphalt,not only the viscosity and ductility of asphalt were improved,but the quantity of SBS was also supplemented.As a result,the toughness of asphalt was improved dramatically.Besides,the toughness of recycled SBS modified asphalt could meet or exceed that of original SBS modified asphalt when adding regenerant and RST modified asphalt.
