SBS改性沥青质量除了受生产配方、基质沥青原料影响外,生产工艺与工艺条件对产品质量也有着极为重要的影响。通过对目前主要生产工艺分析对比,结合SBS改性沥青机理,探讨了DALWORTH胶体磨SBS改性沥青生产工艺的特点。针对其不足处,改进优化了生产工艺,并在生产应用中取得了较理想的效果:有效提高了产品性能,降低了单位加工成本,解决了大负荷下供货紧张的问题。

Apart from the production formula and matrix asphalt material,which affect the quality of SBS modified asphalt,the other factors such as production process and process condition also have much impact on it Combined with the mechanism of SBS modified asphalt and the main production technology analysis,this article presents the DALWORTH colloid mill characteristics of SBS modified asphalt production technology.In terms of its deficiency,the production process is improved and optimized,and proved to be success in production application.Meanwhile,the improvement increases the product performance,reduces the unit processing cost,and solves the problem of insufficient feed supply under heavy load condition.
