中非经贸联系暨中国开发区经验的非洲实践

Review on China-Africa Economic Ties and the Introduction of the Experience of China Development Zones to Africa

经过改革开放30多年的发展,中国特色的城镇化模式已经形成。其中,开发区作为最具中国特色的城镇化经验,对于进入快速城镇化阶段的发展中国家具有重要的参照价值。以非洲为例,近年来中非经贸联系越发紧密,两地人口流动越发频繁,中国对非洲的影响不断扩大。其中,中非经贸合作区是中国开发区经验在非洲实践所形成的最具代表性的成果之一,将有助于非洲国家建立具有工业支撑的发展模式。在"南南合作"进一步加强的背景下,中国对非洲未来发展进程的影响将更为深远,中国开发区经验将受到更多的关注。

With the development of more than three decades of reform and opening up, the mode of urbanization with Chinese characteristics has been established. In the era of ‘planetary urbanization＇, China development zone has been one of the most important development experiences, which is of great worth for the third world. This article puts forward that economic and trade cooperation zone is one of the most representative outcomes of the introduction of experience of China development zone to Africa. Through analyzing migration and China＇s economic and trade cooperation zone in Africa, this article illustrates China＇s influence on African urbanization and industrialization. Finally, we concludes that, by migration and economic and trade cooperation zone, China＇s urbanization experience influences the process of African urbanization directly. And China＇s economic and trade cooperation zone will speed up the industrialization of African countries and improve the quality of its urbanization. Under the background of SouthSouth cooperation, China will increase participation in the development of Africa and the study of China＇s influence on Africa will be more deeply.
