Palo Santo Hotel, located in a residential but central area of Buenos Aires, is the first boutique hotel in this city to be thought out as a 100% sustainable project. In 2013, at the moment the initial conceptual layout was defined, together with the location survey, no other hotel in an urban area in Latin America presented the same comprehensive list of characteristics this one would incorporate.
