摘要
目的深入了解护理专业本科生参与临终关怀志愿者活动的收获与内心体验。方法以13名参与临终关怀志愿者活动并书写反思日记的护理专业本科生为研究对象,按照Colaizzi的现象学资料7步分析法对其反思日记进行分析。结果提炼出4个主题:第一次接触时的害怕、不知所措,不断介入过程中的挫折、帮助的无力感,深入交往后的给予和收获、感动与成长、情感陷入,以及反思(生命的意义、死亡的态度、专业人员的反思)。结论临终关怀志愿者活动促进了护理专业学生的成长,可以作为临终关怀教育的一种形式,应给予临终关怀志愿者不断的专业支持。
Objective To describe the harvest and inner experience of nursing undergraduates' participation in hospice volunteering. Methods Thirteen nursing undergraduates who participated in the hospice volunteering were recruited in this study and their reflective diaries was analyzed. Results Four major themes were extracted including fear and loss at first time,frustration and help in weakness during intervention period,give and harvest,moved and growth,emotional involvement,and reflection on the meaning of life and death attitude during in-depth interaction.Conclusion The growth of nursing students can be promoted through hospice volunteering,which can be used as a form of hospice care education,and professional support should be given to the hospice volunteers.
