摘要
目的探讨情境模拟演练在护士床头交接班培训中的应用效果。方法以情境模拟演练形式对414名临床护士进行床头交接班培训,培训前后分别采用床头交接班评分表对护士交接班质量进行评价。结果培训后床头交接班质量总分高于培训前(t=4.294,P<0.001);除专科情况外,护士仪容仪表、交班前自我介绍、口头交接病情、生命体征评估、输液情况交接、患者皮肤评估、手卫生执行、保护隐私等方面得分均高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论床头交接班情境模拟演练提高了护士床头交接班质量,值得在相关领域推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of scene simulation exercises in nurse training of bedside handover.Methods Totally 414 nurses participated in the training of bedside handover using scene simulation exercises. The quality of bedside handover was evaluated using the bedside handover evaluation sheet. Results The quality of bedside handover was significantly improved after the training(t=4.294,P〈0.001). The overall score of self-introduction before the shift,verbal shift change,vital signs,infusion status,patients' skin condition, hand hygiene implementation,protection of privacy were higher than before(P〈0.05). Conclusion The scenario simulation exercise can improve the quality of bedside handover,which is worthy of being applied in clinical practice.
