This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of six patients with spinal dural arteriovenous fistula receiving microsurgery. Nursing care focused on preoperative spinal function assessment and psychological nursing,postoperative intense observation of the recovery progress of the spinal cord,prevention and treatment of postoperative complications,rehabilitation training and position care. As a result,four patients were cured,two patients improved in motor function and recovered well after rehabilitation training.
