中美联合培养项目中《跨文化学习适应》课程的设计与实践

摘要 赴国外大学学习的留学生经常会遇到各种跨文化社会适应和跨文化学习适应的挑战和困难。如何开展有效的跨文化学习适应培训,帮助留学生在新的学习环境中顺利过渡到学业适应等问题值得探讨。本研究以中国某大学与美国某州立大学联合培养的项目为基础,从课程设计思路、课程实施、课程评估等方面介绍和分析中外联合办学项目中如何实施《跨文化学习适应》课程,以期为中外联合人才培养项目的发展和留学生的跨文化适应准备提供启示和借鉴。 The international students studying abroad are often challenged by the cross-cultural social and academic adaptation problems.How to develop the cross-cultural adaptation training program to help the international students achieve their success in the foreign countries is worthy of study.This study intended to discuss and analyze how to carry out the course Cross-cultural Academic Adaptationfor the joint education program between China and U.S from the point view of curriculum design,implementation,evaluation,etc,in order to provide the suggestions and implications for the development of the joint education program between China and foreign countries and for the international students' cross-cultural adaptation.
