新丝绸之路经济带下的甘肃高校外语教育政策思考

On Foreign Language Teaching Policy of Gansu under the Strategy of New Silk Road

新丝绸之路经济带战略的提出,使甘肃这一西部内陆省变成了开放的前沿,而目前甘肃高校外语教育现状无法满足省委、省政府提出的将甘肃打造成丝绸之路经济带的黄金段这一要求。要实现这一目标,就要设立省一级的外语教育政策决策机构;发展面向丝绸之路经济带沿线国家的"关键语言"语种;提高外语教育的质量和效率,创新外语学科的培养体系;加强我省外语教育中中国文化和地方文化的传承和传播。

After the strategy of New Silk Road was proposed,Gansu has changed from a western inland province to forefront one of Opening-up.The current foreign language teaching policy of high school in Gansu couldn＇t meet the need of building Gansu into a Golden part of New Silk road put forward by Gansu.To achieve this goal,special organization of foreign language policymaking was needed,key languages along the Silk Road should be sorted out,the quality and efficiency of foreign language teaching should be improved and Chinese culture and local culture should be inherited and spread.
