摘要 伴随着信息科技革命与代际文化的结构性转变,高等院校中传统的学生工作范式日益受到挑战,传统的、单向的长辈向晚辈文化传递和示范的代际路径受到系统的反思,在后喻文化思潮的影响下,双向的、互动的代际路径逐渐成为当代大学学生工作范式的新趋向,更加注重学生工作服务功能的发挥,充分发挥同辈群体、志愿服务、成长小组的作用,通过社会实践、创新小组等形式,搭建学生、学校、家庭的新互动方式,应该成为未来高校学生工作创新和发展的方向。 The student management in higher schools is challenged with the development of infotech revolution and the structural changes of Generation culture.Thus the generation communication route by demonstration and the traditional unidirectional cultural heritage from the elder generation to the younger generation have to be reflected systematically.Under the influence of the post-figurative cultural trend,the bidirectional interactional generation communication route has become the new trend of the prototype of student management,in which more attention is paid to the service function in student management,and full play is given to the peer groups,volunteer service organizations and growth teams;meanwhile,by such activities as social practice and innovation team exploration,the new type of interactions between students,schools and families are supposed to be the development orientation and innovation points of the future student management in higher schools.
