摘要
针对酸性染料在非纺织印染行业的大量应用,现有染色强度测定方法已不适应新形势的需求,研究制定了新的强度测定方法——即分光强度测定方法。本文对五个液体酸性染料产品溶解所用的溶剂、溶解方法、最大吸收波长、测定浓度等条件进行了试验,同时将染料产品的分光强度和染色强度作了对比。实验结果显示:酸性染料的分光强度与染色强度一致,分光强度能反映染料的染色强度,并且具有操作过程简单、检验时间短、人为因素影响小、检验成本低等优点,可用于产品质量的控制。
A large number of acid dyes used outside of textile printing and dyeing industry,and present determination for dyeing strength of acid dyes could not meet the new requirements,a new test methed for dyeing strength,named determination of spectrostrength,was developed. Solvents,dissoving methods,maximum absorption wavelength,testing concentration and other conditions of five liquid acid dyes were studied. The spectrostrength of the dye was contrasted with its dyeing strength. The results shown that the spectrostrength of dye was highly correlated with its dyeing strength,and the spectrostrength could reflect the dyeing strength of dyes;the method has the advantages of simple operation,low cost,short time and less influence of artificial factors. It can be used for control ling quality of acid dyes.
