摘要
本文建立了测定C.I.溶剂红52产品中对甲苯胺含量的气相色谱（外标法）检测方法。用气相色谱对样品中的对甲苯胺及其他有机组分进行分离,用峰面积外标法进行定量。对甲苯胺的检出限为10 mg/kg,样品的加标回收率为70%~130%;对甲苯胺检测的相对标准偏差小于5%。
A method for determination of p-toluidine in C. I. Solvent Red 52 was established by gas chromatography with external standard method. p-Toluidine and other organic impurities were separated by gas chromatography,and their contents were quantified by peak area external standard method. The limit of detection of p-toluidine was 10 mg / kg. The recoveries varied between 70% and 130%,and the relative standard deviations（ RSD） was less than 5%.
