摘要
本文建立了测定染料产品中9种致癌染料的高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器分析方法 (HPLC-DAD)。各类染料经溶解或萃取后,通过Symmetry Shield RP-18色谱柱分离后进入DAD检测器,采用外标法对9种致癌染料进行定性和定量分析。
High-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector was employed for the analysis of 9 carcinogenic dyes in dyestuff product. After being dissolved or extracted,each kind of dye was separated by Symmetry Shield RP-18 chromatographic column,and then detected by DAD. The 9 kinds of carcinogenic dyes were qualified and quantified by external standard method.
