摘要
运用不饱和聚酯(UP)树脂浸渍皮革样品,固化后制成坚固的树脂基复合材料,然后对其进行镶嵌、磨光、抛光、观察等操作,获取皮革截面图像。通过考察制备过程中相关因素对皮革截面图像的影响,得到样品最佳制备条件为:(1)促进剂和固化剂用量分别为0.7%和1.0%(质量比);(2)浸胶时,先通过毛细作用使样条纤维束充分吸入树脂,然后在树脂中通过挤压搅拌方式使树脂浸透皮革;(3)后固化条件为70℃,3h;(4)在直径20cm的绒布盘上手动抛光40圈。
A leather sample was impregnated in unsaturated polyester (UP) resin, and became a solid resin - leather compos- ite after curing. Then the processes of mounting, grinding, polishing and observation were followed and the images of leather sec- tions were obtained. By investigating the impacts of relevant factors in the preparation process on the leather section images, the optimum conditions of sample preparation was obtained: ( 1 ) The mass ratio of accelerant and curing agent are 0.7% and 1.0% respectively. (2) The resin is inhaled into the leather fiber bundles by capillary action firstly, then the resin soaks the leather by stirring and squeezing way in the resin. (3) Postcure is followed at 70℃ for 3 hours. (4) Manual polishing is 40 circles on a ve- lour tray with a 20 cm diameter.
