摘要
在大量的调查和数据分析以及反复试验基础上,将按摩椅的原理应用到足底按摩鞋设计中,利用机械的滚动力和挤压力作用,来进行足底按摩。通过对按摩装置、传动装置、电机等的合理布局,提高按摩鞋底结构的传动效率、按摩力量;同时,根据人机工程学原理,对按摩鞋结构进行设计,以方便穿着者在人体坐姿状态时,打开或关闭电源开关。当穿着者启动鞋底内部按摩装置后,按摩球开始匀速转动,达到按摩穴位、缓解疲劳的效果。所研发多功能按摩鞋底主体结构,符合国家提倡的养生健康的要求,市场潜力巨大。
On the basis of a large amount of investigations and data analysis, as well as repeated testings, the principle of mas- sage chair was applied to the design of foot massage shoes. Mechanical rolling force and extrusion force was used to carry out foot massage. Through the reasonable layout of the massage device, transmission device, motor and so on, the transmission efficiency of the structure of the massage shoe sole and massage strength were improved. At the same time, according to the principle of er- gonomics, the structure of the massage was designed, which was convenient for the opening and shutting down the massage switch when the person was sitting down. When the person starting the massage switch in the shoe sole, the massage ball will roll at con- stant speed, which has the function of acupoint massage and fatigue relief. The main body of the multi - functional massage sole satisfies the health care requirements and has great market potential.
