摘要
现有耐摩擦色牢度检测装置只针对皮革、纺织品原材料进行检测,而对于结构复杂的皮革制品取样及检测更有实用价值,为此专门设计了一种针对皮革制品的耐摩擦色牢度检测系统,其中取样装置主要由被测对象固定平台、运行装置以及控制器3部分组成。利用滚动摩擦方式,结合V形夹具,解决了无损状态下,对皮革制品内部进行沾色取样的难题;通过设计手动调节装置,并与薄膜压力传感器相互配合,实现取样要求的恒压条件;通过控制步进电机运行状态,达到精准控制毛毡摩擦行程的目标。

Therefore, a colorfastness detection system for leather products was designed specially, of which sampling module was mainly composed of the measure and fixed platform, the running device and the controller. Adopting the rolling friction method combined with the V jig, the problem of stain - sampling in the interior of products, in the case of non - destruction, is realized for the first time. And through the design of manual adjustment device, combined with the use of thin film pressure sensor, the con- stant pressure of sampling is ensured. And the friction route of felt is ensured through the control of stepper motor running state.
