摘要 目前雷击仍然是危及电网安全可靠运行的主要因素。本文基于差异化防雷思想,以Visual Basic 6.0程序设计语言为开发平台,结合MS Excel 12.0组件和ACCESS 2003数据库平台,设计可视化界面,开发出一套程序化、智能化的输电线路雷击风险评估系统,实现了输电线路从沿线杆塔雷击跳闸率批量计算到全线雷击闪络风险批量评估,乃至查找沿线雷击薄弱点的全过程,具有数据输入、增加、删除、修改、输出、保存等功能,能够快速获取输电线路沿线雷击薄弱点,预估输电线路的防雷设计效果,为防雷工作的开展提供指导。 Lightning is still a major factor jeopardizing the security and reliability of power grid operation. Based on the thought of differentiated lightning protection, designed visual interfaces in Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and combined with MS Excel 12.0 components and Access 2003 database platform, a set of procedural and intelligent lightning strike risk assessment system for power lines is designed and implemented. It realizes the full procedure from computing the lightning trip-out rate to assessing the levels of lightning flashover risk of batch towers along a power line, as well as finding out the weak spots. It has functions of inputting, adding, deleting, revising, outputting and saving data. It is convenient for users to access the lightning weak spots quickly. Thus, the system can forecast the effect of lightning protection design for power lines and be guidance for lightning protection work.
