摘要
比较二氧化碳汽提2000+^(TM)尿素合成工艺、二氧化碳汽提Avancore尿素合成工艺及氨汽提尿素合成工艺,就三种工艺的特点、原料及公用工程消耗、环保排放及投资估算等方面参数进行对比,并计算费用现值和费用年值。综合对比各项指标,结果表明氨汽提尿素合成工艺最优。
This article compared three kinds of urea synthesis processes, i.e. carbon dioxide stripping2000+(TM) urea synthesis process, carbon dioxide stripping Avancore urea synthesis process and ammonia stripping urea synthesis process on the aspects of process characteristics, material and utility consumption, emission of environmental protection, and investment and cost to get the present cost and annual cost. Compared each index inclusively, it shows the ammonia stripping urea synthesis process is the best.
