摘要
通过采取停工前系统剥离、检修时水冷器单台离线预膜、开工预膜及正常运行的水处理(补膜)等措施,实现循环水系统水冷器的全过程保护,以减缓水冷器的水侧腐蚀速率,确保循环水系统的安稳运行。
The whole process protection of water exchanger in circulating water system was achieved by a series of technologies, including separating the exchanger from the system before shutdown, offline prefilming each exchanger during maintenance, prefilming before startup, and hot prefilming during installation and normal operation of water treatment system in order to reduce water side corrosion and further ensure the safe and stable operation of the circulating water system.
