提高煤粉锅炉除尘效率的改造措施

摘要 煤粉锅炉静电除尘设备除尘效率降低,严重制约后续脱硫系统的稳定运行及环保数据达标排放。通过分析除尘效率降低的内在原因,提出解决方案。改造优化后除尘系统运行稳定,除尘器出口烟尘浓度减小。 Low efficiency of electrostatic dedusting equipment in pulverized coal fired boiler seriously impacted on the steady operation and standard emission of desulfurizing system downstream. By studying the immanent causes of low efficiency, a solution was presented. After reformation, the system was running steadily, and the dust concentration at the discharge was reduced.
