摘要
针对原料气压缩机组持续出现振动波动或突然振动高联锁跳车的问题,结合检修及振动频谱进行原因分析,从油膜涡动和气流激振两方面入手,实施轴承调整、隔板及平衡毂气封改造,保证了机组的高负荷稳定运行。
Causes for continuous vibration fluctuation or sudden vibration high interlock trip of raw material gas compressor skid were analyzed by local inspection and vibration spectrum. Studying the oil film whirl and gas exciting, reformation on bearing, bulkhead, and gas seal of balance hub were executed to ensure the skid running steadily under heavy load.
