辽宁兴城市菱角河治理工程设计

Design of management system for Linjiao River in Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province

菱角河是兴城市6个项目区中的刘台子乡所属河流,近年来洪涝灾害频繁,给河岸周边居民的生命财产安全及居住环境带来了较大威胁。遵照重点县治理的总体思路和基本原则,结合菱角河自身特点,治理时以水系沟通工程、清淤疏浚工程、堤防工程、岸坡整治工程及交叉建筑物工程建设为主,辅以生物措施,实施后的效果显著,可为其他项目区治理提供借鉴。

Lingjiao River management system is one of the six projects in Xingcheng City. The flood disasters are becoming more and more serious in recent years, which has brought greater threat to the residents and properties, as well as living environment in the vicinity of the river. According to the management principles for key counties and primary features of Lingjiao River, engineering countermeasures are proposed for drainage of river, sediment treatments, levee protection. The results of implementation river management system are remarkable and providing reference for other rivers management projects.
