基于控规的城市新中心组团道路网规划——以福建省泉州市东海组团为例

基于控规的道路网规划不仅需要落实城市总体规划、城市分区规划和城市综合交通规划等上位规划的要求,更需要响应控规的成果与要求,因此规划方法与流程有别于一般道路网规划。泉州市东海组团道路网规划在继承既有控规道路网格局的基础上,通过进行道路网容量与用地开发强度的适应性评估,将组团道路网纳入全市道路网范畴进行系统的规划与调整,兼顾全市道路网系统与新中心骨架道路网的构建,辅以内部次干路、支路网的整合优化,形成功能清晰、结构合理的道路网,以满足组团对交通机动性与可达性的双重需求。
