设计类型：建筑/景观/室内设计Type：Architecture/Landscape/Interior Design二战以后的日本,存在着巨大的住房需求,楼市蓬勃发展。房屋建筑商盖了大批粗制滥造的房子。这样的房屋建造方式可能满足高质量住房的需求吗？虽然房子可以建得很快,但是所有房子都是同样的布局、同样的外观,从而导致全日本都是同样的建筑景象。我的建议是,以手绘图纸满足每一位客户的个性化需求,同时保证房屋建筑商建造出高质量的房子。如果我们能打造既有质量又有设计感的住房,我相信我们在日本所见的单一的房屋建造景象会得以改变。在这种背景下,我希望能为未来的工业化住房树立一个新的方向。

In Japan, After World War 2, there was a huge demand for housing and the industry flourished. House manufacturers churned out mass amounts of industrialized houses. This way of building houses made it possible to meet the needs of quality housing？Although the houses could be built with speed, all the houses had the same kind of layout, same kind of external appearance and this resulted in the same kind of architectural scenery to be created all over Japan.？？ My proposal is to meet the individual needs of each and every customer with hand drawn blueprints while ensuring the high quality guaranteed by housing manufacturers. If we are able to produce housing that ensures both quality and design, I believe that the monotonous housing we see in Japan can be changed. In this contest I would like to set an example of a new direction for industrialized housing.
