Chungdam地区是首尔高端消费地块之一,消费中心正位处地块路口,使其具有对南北两方均明显可视的有利优势。旧清河楼是附近最后几个未被翻新的建筑。因此相较于周围外观改建后的建筑,清河大楼则显得更像是较陈旧的办公大楼。且大楼入口并不显眼而大厅空间亦是狭小并不具有迎客气氛。在这样一个高端消费地区,大楼的翻新是否可以赋予大楼更堂皇且更舒适的购物气氛?如何最好地通过外观美化来最大化利用此消费地段极高的潜力呢?
The Chungdam area is one of the high end shopping centers of Seoul; it is right in the center of the curve of the road and therefore has optimal visibility from both north and south. In between the fancy shops, the Chung Ha building is one of the last to get a makeover. The slick conversions of the surrounding buildings make the Chung Ha building look even more like an outdated office building. The entrance is quite hard to find and the lobby is narrow and uninviting. Can the Chung Ha building obtain the grandeur and comfort expected in a high end shopping center? How to make the best use of the high potential location with its perfect visibility?
