摘要
城市旧城区往往存在众多安全隐患,应通过有机更新保留原有城市结构,去除不适应城市发展的部分,营造更加适宜现代生活的空间环境。城市安全理念不仅为旧城的有机更新提供了依据,更是更新规划的有力保障。文章以天津西沽传统居住建筑风貌区为例,基于Arc GIS的风险评价,得出更新规划所应重点改造的部分,运用空间句法技术对现状空间进行分析评估,并对规划后的方案进行评价,以指导更新规划方案的设计与实施,为今后旧城区存量规划提供有益借鉴。
Old district of a city usually has many security problems and needs organic renovation for modern safe city life. The concept of security is both a basis and insurance of renovation planning. The paper takes Xigu traditional residential area of Tianjin as an example, makes Arc GIS evaluation, lines out the renovation area, and makes status quo evaluation with space syntax technology. After-plan appraisal is made to better guide the renovation in design and implementation.
