随着国家层面对生态文明建设不断提出更高要求,各大城市愈来愈关注城市生态空间的规划、管控及实施。文章以武汉为例,以城市总体规划编制完成后持续开展的一系列生态空间规划等相关研究为基础,从构建全域生态空间规划体系、探索生态空间管控模式与制定相关政策法规等层面,提出一整套特大城市生态空间规划及实施思路,为推进城市生态文明建设、促进特大城市集约有序发展奠定基础。

More and more planning, governance, implementation of urban ecological space are carried out by large cities as the importance of ecology issue gets elevated. Based on the ecological and spatial plans after the master plan of Wuhan city, the paper raise a set of metropolis ecological space planning and implementation concepts for panoramic ecological space system establishment, ecological space control model, and relevant policies. The study sets a basis for ecological civilization and compact urban development.
