当前我国耕地紧张,村庄土地利用形势严峻,对村庄建设用地进行科学定量的整理选择成为必然。文章通过分析现状村庄建设用地规划面临的规划方法、用地布局与规模等复杂问题,以及传统村庄规划中土地适宜性评价体系在村庄建设用地选择过程中的不足,构建了村庄土地适宜性评价体系与居民点综合影响力评价体系相结合的双重评价体系,并运用GIS技术平台,以重庆慈云镇凉河村为例进行实践,以期科学地引导村庄建设用地选择。

China＇s farmland is in shortage and land use of villages faces severe situations. It is imperative to reorganize village construction land use quantitatively. The paper analyzes the planning methods, land use layout and scale, and inadequacy of present evaluation system, establishes a dual evaluation system combining land use suitability and residential area impact. The new approach is practiced in the case of Lianghe village, Ciyun town of Chongqing with GIS technology platform. It provides rational and quantitative guidance for village construction land use option.
