Effective Improvement on Establishing Famous Scenic Site of China

风景名胜区是世界自然遗产和自然文化双遗产的主要载体和申报项目来源,在中国保护地体系中占有重要地位,相当于国外的国家公园。简要回顾了自20世纪80年代以来中国风景名胜区申报设立的过程,介绍了当前管理的现状,并对公众和业内人士在风景名胜区申报过程中关注的热点问题进行了回答,重点对当前风景名胜区设立过程中存在的问题进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了进一步规范风景名胜区设立的建议,通过有效完善风景名胜区的设立工作,逐步探索建立具有中国特色的国家公园体制。

Famous Scenic site is the major carrier of world＇s natural heritage and culture, also the main source of project declaration, carries an important role and status in the Protected Area system in China, and equals to national parks in foreign countries. This article summarizes the process of famous scenic site establishment in China since 1980s, introduces the current status of famous scenic site management, also answers various hot questions and issues during the process of famous scenic site declaration cared by the public and insiders. It tbcuses on analyzing existing problems occurred during the current process of famous scenic site establishment. Based on it, it forwards suggestions about how to further standardize the establishing of famous scenic site, effectively improving the establishing work of scenic area, gradually explores and establishes the national park system with Chinese characteristics.
