摘要
餐馆、咖啡厅、游乐园等消费设施在城市中的角色日益引起人们的关注,这些本地化消费机会的数量和质量,逐渐成为居民尤其是高技能人才选择城市的重要考量,同时成为衡量城市可持续竞争力的重要因素。本地化消费机会由于其"本地化"特征,其供需关系并不完全由市场机制决定,城市规划管理政策也起到重要作用。首先从居民的居住选址、出行决策和社会互动理解居民对本地化消费机会的需求机制,然后从城市空间和土地利用规划、交通基础设施建设、城市治安与环境治理三方面阐明合理的城市规划和管理政策能在其中起到的积极作用。
Local consumption amenities,including restaurants,cafes and amusement parks,are increasingly important in urban life.The quantity and quality of these amenities gradually become the residential choice of residents,especially those high technicians,and turn to be an important factor of measuring urban sustainable competitiveness.On account of localization,these amenities depend on the market mechanism as well as urban planning and management policies.This paper therefore explains the demands mechanism of local consumption amenities from the aspects of residential choice,travelling choice and social interaction.Then it discusses the roles of urban planning and policy management through three aspects:urban space and land use planning,transport infrastructure construction,and public security and environmental control.
