国内现有的同城化研究和实践多以战略研究为主,对同城化基础条件的判断研究还较少。在研究方法上,同城化分析基本停留在定性分析的层面,基于定量分析的研究还鲜有涉及。在大数据逐渐应用于城市规划研究的背景下,文章探索一种基于移动通信数据的前沿分析方法,用以研判同城化实现的基础条件。在城市规划的语境下,借助对客观数据的量化分析,研究温岭市同城化地区内部的职住通勤关系、公共服务中心的吸引力强度等重要问题,从而判断其同城化的基础条件及未来趋势,为后续的规划建设工作奠定基础。

Present studies of urban integration are mostly strategic and qualitative, and quantitative studies on basic conditions of urban integration are rare. As big data is gradual y used in urban planning, the paper studies a telecommunication data analysis method on the evaluation of basic conditions of urban integration. With analysis on the data fl ow, the paper studies the commuting, attraction of public centers of Wenling city, evaluates the conditions of urban integration, and establishes the foundation for future planning.
