A Research on Recycling Process of Solid Wood Furniture

家具回收是绿色家具体系中的关键一环,实木家具的回收更是直接减少了资源的消耗。本文根据当前实木家具回收的一般方法,设计出实木家具的回收路径,建立了基于家具企业内部的回收模型,包括产品回收、零部件回收、材料回收、废弃物处理四个层次。对拆卸、零部件再加工、集成材加工、刨花板加工等主要回收过程进行了简要的介绍;分析了实木家具产品在拆卸、回收处理过程中效益评价的方法,探讨产品及其零部件信息对回收过程的影响,以便于在设计阶段就考虑到产品报废后的处理,提高产品的回收性能。

Furniture recycling is a key link in the system of green furniture, the recycling of solid wood furniture is to reduce the consumption of resources. According to the general methods of solid wood furniture recycling, this paper designed the recycling path of solid wood furniture, established the recycling model based on the interior of the furniture enterprise, which includes four levels of product recovery, component recycling, material recycling, and waste disposal. Briefly introduced the main recycling processes include disassembling, parts reprocessing, glulam production, particle board production, and so on. Analyzed the method of benefit evaluation in disassembling and recycling of solid wood furniture, investigated the effect of the product and its component information on the recycling process, so we can improve the product＇s recovery performance through considering the product scrap in the design phase.
