This paper analyzes the thinking and mode innovation of 1980s-born architects in the face of shrinking design market and impact from the Internet. This paper also compares the architectural education in China's Mainland with Hong Kong. The 1980s-born architects redefine the role of ＂architect＂ through their thinking and practice.
