从图解到建造 本科三年级“未来博物馆”课程设计教学总结与思考

From Diagram to Fabrication Review on the Studio Teaching of "Museum of Future"

同济大学建筑与城市规划学院"未来博物馆"建筑设计课程是由袁烽教授与吴迪老师开设的本科三年级建筑设计课程。课程设置了"图解思维"和"未来博物馆"两个主题背景,意在激发学生"抽象地思考空间"、"逻辑地创造形式"以及"系统地理解城市建筑";通过分项训练,让学生掌握"从图解到逻辑","从图解到空间"以及"从图解到建造"等训练内容,整个设计强调从逻辑出发运用数字工具,实现建筑空间的设计目标。文章具体阐述了本课程的任务书、教学过程与部分教学成果,并讨论了课程中的问题以及收获。

＂Museum of Future＂ is an architectural design studio for grade three students at College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University directed by Prof. Philip F. Yuan and Lyla Wu. The studio has two themes： ＂Diagrammatic Thinking＂ and ＂Museum of Future＂, which encourage students to interpret space abstractly, manipulate form logically and understand city and architecture systematically. In this studio, students are required to undertake several training projects, namely ＂from diagram to logic＂, ＂from diagram to architecture＂ and ＂from diagram to fabrication＂. The design process emphasizes the importance of objectively applying digital tools to achieve architectural intentions. This paper describes the content of the assignments, teaching methods, design process and a portion of the achievements from the studio and tastly discusses the problems and insights from this course.
