摘要 本文通过分析新世纪以来日本社会在家庭结构、经济形态上的变迁,描绘了青年人和老年人中单身家庭数量不断上升、持有租房意愿的和对独居感到忧虑的人群不断增加的现状。在此基础上,介绍了老年人将空余房间租给年轻人,两者共同居住的"Homeshare"模式的历史、基本形式、在日本的发展情况及相关研究的动态,并就非血缘的多代人共同居住的更多可能性介绍了日本建筑家们的构想。 The article analyzes Japan's changes in family structure and economic form in the past decade, which leads to the increase of one- person households, as well as the number of people prefer to rent houses and feel anxious about living alone among the old and the young. Based on this, the article further introduces the history and basic pattern of "Homeshare", which allows the elders to rent spare rooms in their houses to the young people and live together, as well as its development and research trends in Japan. In addition, it also discusses Japanese architects' idea on new possibilities of co-living communities that enabling unrelated different generations to share living spaces.
