OFFICE 3.0, ANOTHER SHARING WORKSPACE

互联网经济模式和分享经济模式带来了管理和创业的新思维,也孵化了新的办公空间。基于2014年MAT Office推出的研究课题"Office 3.0,the Next Working Space"的成果,本文梳理了现代办公空间的发展历史,并通过大量案例研究,得出新一代办公空间将具有更加鲜明的共享特征这一结论。对空间"共享"的更深入挖掘,也将为未来的办公空间发展提供更多机遇与挑战。

The development of internettechnology and sharing economy not only leads to the innovative thinking and new trends in management, but also boosts the growth of new office types. Based on the works of the research project ＂Office 3.0, the Next Working Space＂ launched by MAT office, this paper briefly reviewed the development history of modern office spaces and draw the conclusion that ＂sharing＂ will be the main characteristic of the office space in the future based on the study of a large amount of cases. The deep exploration of space ＂sharing＂ will bring more challenges and opportunities to the further development of the office space.
