摘要
本文对德国养老体系,包括养老方式、养老保险体系、护理保险制度、养老设施建设等方面进行了系统分析研究,包含大量数据,部分资料是首次介绍到中国。作者指出,中国正在努力实现"9073养老"战略,而德国是现实版的"9073养老"成功范例。德国具有先进完善的养老体系,值得中国借鉴,但中国必须结合国情探索自己的道路。
This paper delivers a systematic study on care system for elderly in Germany,including pension insurance system,care insurance system and hospitality facilities for elderly,with large amounts of information and data,some of them are introduced into China for the first time.The author points out that China is making efforts to realize ＂9073 aging care system＂ strategies,while Germany is the real-life ＂9073 aging care system＂ success stories.Germany has advanced a sound aging care system,China should learn from,but it must be combined with China＇s national conditions to find her own path.
