摘要
通过对我国目前养老的现状和问题进行分析,挖掘出未来城市住区养老需求的＂软环境＂,借鉴宅养老的需求模式,探讨了将大数据体系如何引入到住区宅养老1的意义。结合大数据体系的特征和应用趋势,提出模式化、系统化的住区宅养老模式的技术体系。
Through the analysis of the current situation and problems existing in endowment system in China,the ＂soft environment＂ for the endowment system in future city housing is explored.And with help of the requirement model of housing endowment,the significance of introducing Big Data into housing endowment is discussed.Combining the characteristics and application tendency of the Big Data system,the author proposed a systematic technical system for the housing endowment model.
