能力导向方针下的新加坡中小学校设计理念更新

THE “ABILITY-DRIVEN” POLICY'S IMPACT UPON THE DESIGN CONCEPT OF SINGAPORE'S PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS

自1997年以来,以能力为导向成为新加坡基础教育的基本方针,政府的一系列教育改革催生了中小学设计理念的更新。本文在梳理新加坡教育体系和改革背景的基础上,对直接由新型教育实践引发的若干类型的校园空间更新进行分析,具体包括单班制改革下的校园容量扩充、"少教多学"引导的教学空间重构、信息和通信技术计划推动下的设计创新,其后在空间组合和空间设计两条脉络上,结合实例阐述新加坡中小学校的设计理念更新。

Starting from 1997 onwards, ＂ability-driven＂ has become the fundamental education policy of Singapore, and a series of educational reforms based on this policy have been pushed forward by the Singapore government ever since. By analyzing the background and the exact methods of these reforms, this essay attempts to correlate the current transformation of campus space with this new Policy. Detailed examples of this transformation include the expansion of campuses due to the single-session reform, the retrospection of teaching space in accordance with ＂teach less, learn more＂, and creational designs inspired by the ]CT project. Further analyses of Singapore＇s campus designs are conducted and categorized by means of space arrangement and space composition.
