连续机组焊缝通过切边剪的机组速度模式

Strip speed mode of continuous processing line while welding seam passing side trimmer

摘要 分析了带钢连续处理机组中带钢焊缝通过出口段月牙剪和切边剪区域时的速度控制模式,根据机组需要、月牙剪和切边剪投入状况,以及前后带钢宽窄变化等条件,研究了几种典型的速度模式,计算了不同的准确停车位置,为自动控制提供了可靠的数学模型和计算公式。 The strip speed control mode of continuous processing line was analyzed when the strip welding seam passing through side notcher and side trimmer of line exit section. At different kinds of condition including the side notcher and side trimmer being put into service or not, strip width changing before and after the side notcher, some typical speed modes were studied, and the exact strip stop positions were figured out. These speed modes and position formulas were reliable for automation control.
